RICHARD WEIR

Executive Vice President - Real Estate and Development

Richard is responsible for guiding the company's acquisition strategy in close consultation with President Nat Bosa. Since joining the firm in 1997, Richard has been instrumental in driving the company's growth. Richard is recognized as an industry leader at identifying and seizing opportunities and is an expert at negotiations, underwriting, deal structuring and the entitlement process. In addition, Richard is responsible for overseeing asset management of the company's revenue property portfolio.

ANDREA JONES

Vice President, U.S. Development and Operations

A seasoned industry professional, Andrea is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of Bosa's resdential developments from an entitlement and operational standpoint. Her role begins in developments initial planning stages, when she works to obtain government approvals. Her expert navigation of the entitlements process lays the groundwork for a smooth construction process and positions a development for success. She later establishes the homeowners association and provides ongoing management of project affairs. Prior to joining Bosa, Andrea was a Senior Vice President at Catellus Development Corporation where she played a key role in the planning, entitlement and development of San Francisco's Mission Bay neighborhood.

Bemi creates and executes strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Bosa's residential portfolio. She has the proven ability to execute results-driven campaigns that build project awareness and generate sales. Equally creative and tactical, Bemi manages the project brand while ensuring that absorption and pricing goals are surpassed. She also partners closely with design development and architectural teams to plan interior element, including floor plan layouts and finishes. A seasoned expert with over 15 years of experience, Bemi has directed successful sales and marketing campaigns for residential developments throughout the West Coast that have resulted in over $1 billion in sales volume.

Manager - Sales and Marketing Canadian Portfolio
Manager - Sales and Escrow US Portfolio
Located in the Bosa Development Corporate Headquarters

Lisa effectively manages and oversees the marketing programs for Bosa's Canadian residential portfolio including the design, print materials, signage and related marketing materials. She works with the key players of the architectural, interior design and construction teams to ensure the success of each project. Lisa also coordinates and manages the sales documentation and closing process for both Bosa Developments Canadian and US residential portfolio. Detailed and thorough, Lisa ensures all parties involved, including lenders and title, are on the same page and fully equipped to ensure a smooth closing process. She is also responsible for accurately calculating all financial matters surrounding each closing transaction and confirming all contracts documents are in compliance. Lisa has been with Bosa Development since 1997 and is the go-to person to make certain projects complete on time and efficiently.

MATT PATZER
Vice President - Construction

Matt is responsible for all of Bosa Development's construction, including but not limited to, direct management of general contracting operations, providing support for all post construction/development work associated with completed projects and management of consultant teams from initial design through to post-construction operations. Under Matt's leadership, Bosa's construction team has maintained its reputation for delivering the highest standard of quality with efficient and effective building components. Matt is a seasoned, respected member of Bosa which allows him to seamlessly collaborate with Bosa's development, marketing, sales and property management teams during design development.

Director of Property Management - Properties and Leasing

Dean is responsible for the management and operations of 3.4 million square feet of retail (mixed-use and shopping centres), office and industrial properties. As Senior Manager of Bosa Development Corporation's Property Management Division, Dean supervises the operations, lease administration, leasing, property and shopping centre managers of Bosa Development's revenue property portfolio. All privately owned and operated, Dean has the unique challenge of overseeing a commercial portfolio with its main shareholder just steps down the hall; not a job for the fainted heart, Dean's strategic, proactive planning ensures every capital expenditure, expense and contract is carefully chosen and accounted for.
